Before founding my own firm, I spent decades inside organizations, from startups to corporate teams, building leadership ecosystems, fixing broken people systems, and empowering teams from the inside out.
But I saw the same issue over and over: high-potential leaders struggling to move forward, not because they weren’t capable, but because they lacked clarity, support, and strategic direction.
